Since 1967| 1967 | Mr.Akira Ito (Honorary Chairman) founded his private business to sell plastic materials for wholesalers in Tokyo and Osaka. |
| 1970 | In October, established a limited company (Maruki Sangyo) and built a factory at Nakaho in Takaoka City. Started plastic material compounding and coloring business. |
| 1972 | Started to sell original mixed color pellets by own color matching facilities. |
| 1974 | Started to sell prime feedstock (virgin) materials provided by Japanese major mills. |
| 1979 | Built a material warehouse at Ashitsuki in Takaoka City. |
| 1983 | Moved head office from Nakaho to Ashitsuki and built a new plant and office. Started all their businesses at Ashitsuki. |
| 1986 | Expanded the Ashitsuki plant and warehouse up to total 10,600㎡ land / 7,500㎡ floor, which is equivalent to current size of Head office / Plant. |
| 1989 | Head office renovated |
| 1992 | Kosugi Plant started operation. |
| 1993 | Increased capital up to JPY35mil in February and the company formed into Maruki Sangyo Co.,Ltd. |
| 1995 | For export business, organized international dept in Februrary. |
| 1999 | Toyama Plant started operation in November to expand recycling business. |
| 2000 | Organized merchandise dept. in December for new business opportunity. Started to dealing with molds, molded products, and ecology items. |
| 2002 | Participated Toyama Eco-Town Project and invested to Pre-Tech Corporation (a company specialized for post consumer plastic package recycling). |
| 2003 | Fukuoka Plant and warehouse started operation. |
| 2005 | Invested to Eco-Mind Corporation of Toyama Eco-Town Project (a company specialized for thermal recycling fuel). |
| 2008 | New office building at Toyama plant accomplished. |
| 2009 | New Head office building and logistics center at Ashitsuki accomplished. |
| 2016 | Tateno Plant started operation. |
| 2018 | Tokyo Office opened. |
| 2018 | Closed Toyama Plant and integrated the function to Tateno Plant. |
| 2019 | Kaga Sales Office opened. |
| 2022 | Acquisition of ISO certification. ISO9001(Head Plant ) ISO14001(Head Plant ) |
| 2023 | Acquisition of ISO certification. ISO9001(Fukuoka Plant ) ISO14001(Fukuoka Plant ) |
